No one will ever say The Otter (as it's called by anyone too embarrassed to say the full name) is a classy joint. In fact it's down right foul. They serve all drinks in plastic cups, not even good plastic cups.

But it's full of townies there with one mission, to get their drunk on (or more likely to perpetuate it, since their nice whiskey is Segrams 7). The Karaoke that happens every night of the week is the most fun in town, with out a doubt.
