I was really surprised how much I loved this place. I had heard about as a notable new restaurant in Brooklyn, and had wanted to visit, but I wasn't expecting it to be as memorable as it was. The main thing to get is, of course, their fried chicken and waffles, which were amazing. The chicken was really wonderfully seasoned. I was perhaps even more impressed with the little bowls of pickles they bring out. They're thinly sliced and bread-and-butter sweet but retaining a hint of cucumber-ness. The cocktails were also great, and the staff was kind enough ... I was really surprised how much I loved this place. The cocktails were also great, and the staff was kind enough to let our group stay for a very long time since a few members of the group were late. All in all, can't say enough. I liked it.
