    I only have been here for brunch a few times as well as socialized here, but have never stayed in the hotel rooms. The atmosphere of the hotel is very modern and colorful, with a concurrent retro feel. The food and cocktails at the hotel restaurant are excellent. Agreed that it can be a bit of scene, but hey, it's LA... makes for good people watching.

    Very hip but relatively inexpensive hotel. Very much on the "sceney" side, especially at night, but a cool place to stay anyway.
