The best pizza I've had since Naples. Possibly better, but it's hard to do a head-to-head taste test.

The carefully-constructed menu here belies the modest setting. There is a limited selection of pre-configured Neapolitan pizzas [0], and once they run out of dough, they close. Both pizzas I tried (the egg and the margherita-alike with white anchovies) were fantastic. Absolutely top notch. Everything from the dough to the ingredients integrated perfectly. I can see why they keep the selection limited: it makes for a solid experience on each pizza.

Heavily recommended by a friend. Apparently you need to show up sooner rather than later, as they often run out of dough.
