Very cool looking place with great cocktails. I've never had the food, but I would definitely say Flora is one of the first to bring a SF-class restaurant to Oakland.
Also, I love the old Art Deco ambience of the place. -

Great classic and modern cocktails supplemented by great Californian food. Classic, art deco kind of decor, great atmosphere, gets great outdoor light from big windows surrounding its corner location. The black vested bartenders are a nice touch. Can be a bit noisy when busy, so it's worth going early if you want to avoid the noise.
