Absolutely fantastic "sausage superstore and encased meat emporium." Check out the daily specials for some seriously gourmet stuff (e.g. "three-chili wild boar sausage with chipotle dijonnaise and cheese-stuffed hot peppers"). Also, they have duck fat french fries on Friday and Saturday. May have a bit of a line, but it moves fast and is totally worth it.
