My family has done Christmas dinner at The Fort for the past few years, and I've come to love the tradition. They have great wild game and Western/Southwestern food. They also make a great Mint Julep and Philadelphia Fish House Punch (as well as a crazy ass cocktail that has gunpowder and tobacco in it--my brother calls it the "Manifest Destiny").
